THE COMPANY

 

BMZ Generators & Energy Systems, Inc, has its roots from previous entities owned by our founder Fernando “Freddy” Pereira.  These include BMZ Generators and Welding Equipment, Inc, and Alpha Generators dating back to 1994.  Both nationally and internationally, the Company designs and manufactures and markets proprietary power solutions to certain emergency and non-emergency diesel or gas power generators for a diverse client group, inclusive but not limited to the residential, marine, agriculture and commercial markets. 

 

BMZ is an Energy Research and Development Company focused on innovation to the world power requirements.  Through forty six years of electrical experience we aim to invent highly useful and efficient products, market and distribute the product to assure market acceptance.

 

We expect to complete the research and development and submit for patent our Aqua Power™, Hydrogen Power Protocol used to facilitate the operation of generators and other similar engine types, reducing their fuel intake by over forty percent (50%).  Additionally, we intend to complete the research and development and submit for patent our iNfiNiGEN™, 5KW engineless electric power supply lasting three to ten days.  Subsequently, the Company will manufacture, market and sell its proprietary products.  Additionally, Mr. Pereira has designed the ultimate PFC (Power Factor Correcting Capacitor) and the worlds finest PFC Electrical Audit Kit.  Subsequently, we will begin the process of licensing a distribution network of electrician to deploy the PFC products to commercial and residential applications.

 

Aqua Power™ will be marketed as an emission free, low cost renewable energy solution.  iNfiNiGEN™ will be marketed as an engineless “no noise” power solution and as an applicable source of energy for various machines and electrical powered devices.  Significant and various applications of the iNfiNiGEN™ are adding to the potential market size.

 

BMZ expects to manufacture and distribute to approved electricians “Dealers” the opportunity to supply their customers with our proprietary PFC energy saving devices for installation.  The market for this product is immense both nationally and globally.  Additional value is contributed to the Company in branding value.

 

            BMZ is currently engaged in a Program of the US Department of Energy known as “Reducing Power Factor Cost”.  The PFC will contribute to a proper balance utilization of power from the large electricity providers.  Energy conservation, improved voltage, release system capacity, eliminate low power factor penalties, and reduce utility rates and charges are all benefits from the BMZ designed PFC. Beyond the obvious savings, this non-obligatory program with our “Shared Energy Savings Plan” provides a win/win entrée to continued customer relationships; whereby BMZ’s other product and service solutions may be offered to this customer.
